Terms of Service

Zaarlo is a product of WEPVentures, LLC ("Zaarlo," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zaarlo (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What Zaarlo is

Zaarlo connects to your bank accounts through Plaid and calculates a weekly "Zaarlo Balance" number based on your transactions and, optionally, income and expenses you provide. Zaarlo is an informational tool only — it is not a bank, does not hold or move your money, and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on Zaarlo are your own responsibility.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Zaarlo. You must connect only bank accounts that you own or are authorized to access.

Your account

You sign in to Zaarlo using a passwordless "magic link" sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another user's data, interfering with the Service's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

Zaarlo relies on third parties, including Plaid, to connect to your bank. Your use of Plaid to link an account is also subject to Plaid's own terms and your bank's terms. Zaarlo is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by these third parties.

Subscription and billing

Zaarlo is offered for $5 per month, billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prices are subject to change with notice.

No financial advice

Nothing in Zaarlo constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Your Zaarlo Balance number is calculated from data you provide and data returned by your bank through Plaid, and may not reflect pending transactions, fees, or other factors your bank has not yet reported.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the Zaarlo Balance calculation will be accurate at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zaarlo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial decisions made based on information it provides.

Termination

You may stop using Zaarlo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
